Meet yourself where you are
By pushing through self doubt…
Chataranga Dandasana requires strong body awareness, alignment and core strength, but with the practice comes strong body awareness, alignment and core strength!
Too often I hear, “uugh I can’t!”
Are you certain of that?
How do we overcome such negative self talk?
Consistent, applied practice through tapas (“tapas” comes from the Sanskrit verb “tap” which means “to burn”).
Tapas is the fiercely focused, constant, intense commitment necessary to burn off all impediments that keep us from being in the true state of yoga. A life time commitment to consciously pushing through self-doubt to meet our true selves: vital, alive, balanced and powerful.
Some of you have been practicing consistently with Samana Yoga for over 2 years now…let’s continue to burn through those self doubts together!
