Deeply moved during her first Yoga class 15 years ago, Katie has since immersed herself into the study of various traditions of Yoga.

She has been most influenced by the lineage of Krishnamacharya; studying Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore style, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and more recently Yin Yoga. Blessed to have practiced with a wide variety of leading teachers including Hamish Hendry (Astanga Yoga London), Simon Borg-Olivier (Yoga Synergy), Lucy Roberts (Yoga Arts), Jo Tastula (Yogaglo) and Sarah Powers (Insight Yoga). She is eternally grateful to each of them for the gifts they have shared with her.

After a decade of Yoga practice, Katie began studying her Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, first with children's yoga and then a traditional Hatha Yoga course. She regularly attends Yoga intensives, workshops and retreats: with a special interest in yoga anatomy and physiology as well as the principles of the energetic body.

Katie is most drawn to that which supports and nurtures every person at every level, that which takes us on a journey deep within to reconnect with ourselves. Her classes aim to draw from her many influences enabling you to reach your true state: calm, balanced, tranquil and vital.
