Samana Yoga offers a variety of classes suitable for everybody during the week:

Hatha Flow:
a slow-flowing, nourishing sequence of alignment-based postures linking movement with breath. The flow is weaved together with longer holds that allow us to turn our attention inward, reconnect and explore ways to create space, strength and ease.

Kids Yoga:
dynamic, creative sessions that plant the seeds of Yoga into our little one's minds. Theme based story telling takes children on a journey into imaginary, fun-filled lands whilst teaching them about their bodies, breath and ways to relax.

Prenatal Yoga:
It is my intention to offer you calm, comfortable and nurturing private sessions of Yoga in a personal one-to-one session. This can be held either at your place or mine. Each pregnancy is unique so during one-on-one sessions we are able to truly connect with our bodies, minds and growing babies in a safe and authentic way.
